On Street Equipment Product Manager
Location:
Depends on applicant (Sweden/France/Uk/USA …)
As Equipment Product Manager, you will lead the execution and be accountable of the Products & Services Roadmap you manage
You will work closely with the strategic marketing organisation, the regions, the customers to understand the needs and translate them into offers and deliverables.
You will be in charge of On Street Equipment range.
Responsabilities:
- Understand the market needs,
- Understand our customer needs,
- Analyse competition on each market,
- Share his vision of the product range & solution offering for which it is responsible,
- Define roadmap & agree priorities with stakeholders (scope & planning),
- Lead the marketing mix definition (communication, pricing, distribution…) with sales and strategic marketing,
- Promote the product & solution offering externally and internally,
- Define Lifecycle of the product & solution offering (go to market, in life, end of life…),
- Train, with the PO, the sales force & Regions on new products & solutions (demo),
- Support pre sales and sales activities (tenders),
- Pilot Product Owner (PO) to define in detail the product
Experience:
- Product Management experience or 4+ Years’ Experience on Product Definition
- Good knowledge on Hardware, Hardware providing services for public entities through tenders. And opened to find new segments and verticals.
- Knowledgeable about products users and industry
- Understanding of marketing
- Experienced writing business cases
- Direct experience working with customers to understand their needs
- Excellent communication skills to all levels of the business
- Expert in preparing professional documentation for all levels of the business
- Experience in the whole project lifecycle from gathering of customer requirements, design to system delivery and acceptance.
